Paget 403 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium. Nicely furnished and decorated throughout, including a comfortably furnished balcony. The balcony has a wide view over the clubhouse and cabana to the beach and ocean. Located near the tennis courts, Somerset swimming pools and hot tubs. The remodeled master bath features a walk-in shower with seamless glass enclosure. The other two bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The dining table has seating for 4. Amenities Include: Cable TVs, DVD, and Internet, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer. This unit has a reserved, covered parking space conveniently located near the elevator.
1 covered assigned parking and unassigned guest spots around the building.
Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Summary: Due to a death in the family I was unable to make the trip, however, my 2 daughters took advantage of the rental and loved the condo! Indoor parking convenient to elevator as was the condo. Place reported to be immaculate and have everything advertised PLUS. Look forward to being able to take advantage of this place myself.
