Positive: All the staff we met were very friendly. As it was our golden anniversary we were upgraded to a suite and received a golden balloon and biscuits. Rooms were a good size for Paris and were clean. They were able to cater for our dietary needs. Drinks in the reception area were also welcome. We had a good stay.
Negative: The lift broke down (we were on the 6th floor) This was promptly repaired so didn't cause too much of a problem for us but would have done if we were less mobile. Rain came into the room if the windows were left open and the air con was a bit noisy.
Summary: A very good value hotel with very friendly staff.
