This Old Frat House (TOFH) — where all are welcome. Our historic 1930s fraternity house is now a boutique stay filled with comfort and Montana charm. With this rental, you’ll have the entire first floor to yourselves: a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms with Smart TVs, a spacious living room with big-screen TV & Xbox, and a backyard retreat w/ hammock, BBQ, fire pit, and dining areas.
We live in a separate loft apartment upstairs & are available if you need us, but your space is completely private. Fun backyard with lounge areas, fire pit.
House Rules: Max 6 guests • All must be 21+ ID-verified • No pets • No unregistered visitors • 3 parking spots off-street, • No smoking inside (backyard only) • No parties (platform policy).
