Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Very well located (direct 8€ regional train from Fiumicino), quiet neighborhood, no outdoor noise, kind and available receptionist - quite big room and probably one of the most affordable places to stay in Rome. Towels, soap available.

Negative: IF you are a light sleeper: careful, the hallway noises are LOUD, little privacy, you hear everything (door opening, from any room, toilet flush...) so bring earplugs and also an eye mask, because the curtain is super thin and there are no window shutters, besides you can see the light from the hallway shining through the gap under the room door, which is several centimetres wide. We thought we had a balcony, turned up to be the room with window. However the street was nice and quiet so it's ok. Besides, remember it's a shared bathroom and (logically) not clean 24/7 depending on who went first. But for the price, compared to other places, very reasonable.

Summary: Good stay if you are not a light sleeper :)
