This newly renovated 12th-floor studio is the perfect retreat for up to 3 guests, offering beautiful ocean and city views in the heart of Waikiki. Just a short stroll from world-famous beaches, you'll be swimming, surfing, or snorkeling in no time. Plus, with top-rated restaurants and shopping just steps away, everything you need for an unforgettable Hawaiian getaway is at your fingertips.
Designed for comfort, this studio features air conditioning, a plush queen-size bed, a pull-out sleeper sofa, and a step-out lanai where you can admire the view of the city lights at night. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, cooktop, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and dishes—perfect for preparing light meals. Dine in style at the table for 4, then unwind with a movie on the 75-inch Smart TV. The full bathroom offers a tub and shower, and we provide fresh linens, towels, and beach towels for your convenience.
Stay connected with free high-speed Wi-Fi, and if you're driving, on-site parking is available for $40 per day (subject to change). Please note that the maximum vehicle height for the parking garage is 6 ft. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the 3rd floor. Don't forget to visit the rooftop recreation deck on the 34th floor, where you can relax in the pool, jacuzzi, or sauna while soaking in spectacular Waikiki views.

Starting July 14, 2025, Pacific Monarch will begin an elevator upgrade project (estimated to complete by July 2026). One elevator will be out of service at a time, with 2 elevators remaining in operation.

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.
CHECKOUT CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - Keurig coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We've got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you'd like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we're happy to provide them upon request!
LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. The bed is equipped with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and a blanket are on the dresser.
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.
3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY: Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more, and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
