Very quiet bedrooms facing the back. Recently the house was totally updated: new fridge, dishwasher, stove, countertops, the majority of the furniture (including most mattresses) is also brand new. There is plenty of space on the front and back porch for BBQ, dinner and sunbathing. Verizon Fios 200 Mbps down/upload. WiFi 6 router.
