Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a private lounge pool in the backyard and even the option to rent a new 6-seater golf cart that’s parked in the garage. Everything is ready for you to make unforgettable memories with family, friends and loved ones.
Start the day with freshly brewed complementary coffee on the private balcony or relax by the pool. For guests who like to cook we have fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal and gas BBQ grill. For guests who like to dine out we have a guest book for your convenience where we name some of our favorite foodie spots on the island, things to see and do and all your local shopping options.
For families with kids we offer a high chair, pack'n play, kid size potty, kid's dishware and utensils, toys, table games and beach toys.

When it’s time to go to the beach we have you covered including: 10x10 ft canopy tent, beach chairs (4 adult and 2 kids chairs), 2 lounge mats, a wagon cart and sand toys. The Whitecap beach is short car ride away (1.5 miles) or if you rented the the golf cart you can load that up and take it to the beach.
At the end of a fun day at the beach, what can be better than to get together on the patio, enjoy a refreshing drink by the pool, yard games and spend time with the ones you love. Turn on the outdoor lights and embrace the calm and romantic atmosphere.
The space:
Downstairs the open concept flows from the front door into the kitchen, dining area that seats 8 around the table and onto the living room with an oversized L-shaped couch, 75” 4K HD Smart TV with Spectrum streaming service & free high-speed Wi-Fi. There is a powder bathroom located on the first floor as well. On cold nights take advantage of the electric fireplace in the living area and enjoy playing one of our many board games, puzzles, card games and we’re even stocked with kids toys. Beyond the living room head outside to the charming and private backyard where you will find the covered patio overlooking the pool. We provide it all: lounge chairs, pool towels, a gas BBQ Grill and even yard games like ladder golf and corn hole.
Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and the laundry room:
-The Primary bedroom includes a King size bed, private balcony, 65” 4K Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks, heated floors (our favorite feature for cold days) and a towel warming rack.
-Bedroom 2 is at the back of the townhouse and overlooks the pool. This room has a Queen size bed and a 43” 4K Smart TV.
-Bedroom 3 is the bunk room which has 4 beds (1 Queen, 1 Twin XL and 2 Twin beds).
-Bedrooms 2 & 3 share the full bath in the hall that includes a bath tub, double sinks and heated floors.
Outdoor Activities:

We are conveniently located 1 street over from a great park (Gypsy Park) with sand volleyball courts, a basketball court, a great playscape for the kids, walking trail and even a boat ramp. For active guests we have 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs (with life jackets) in the garage that you can take over to the canals and drop in at the boat ramp area. As an added bonus if you drove an electric car to Tortuga Rosa you can recharge your battery with our ChargePoint Home Flex EV Charger in the garage. There are 2 parking spots in the driveway directly in front of the town house and additional parking across the street.
