Top floor has marble kitchen open to dining and living areas with soaring ceilings, flooded with sunlight from windows on all sides, fireplace on upper level, high ceilings and half-bath. Marble masterbath and masterbedroom upstairs. First floor has 3 more bedrooms plus a room with sofa bed: 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each, including one with en suite bathroom, another room with two twins, and a downstairs livingroom with a sofa bed and pocket door that can be closed for privacy/as another bedroom. Leads out to rear deck and down to beautiful yard. Front decks on upper and lower level. Dine indoor dining room or outdoor dining on upper deck. Flatscreen TVs in master bedroom, upstairs living room and downstairs livingroom with premium cable. Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Laundry room. Wifi. Off-street parking. Outdoor shower. NEW POOL was added in April 2016 - new photo posted. This amazing house is 2 blocks from beach, 4 blocks from town, 4 blocks from tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard and playgrounds.
