Positive: The location is very good, has great connecting buses with centre and all part of the city. Shopping centre is in walking distance. Housing unit is modern and great, quite neighbours. Perfect for short stay.
Negative: Unfortunately even though the flat has great location, the flat itself was not like on the pictures. Its like nobody cleaned for 2-3 weeks. We indicated it to the owner, but the attitude of refusing to reply and giving false promises made it really unpleasant. - Bathroom: has molds all around the bathtub. The drain is full with hair. Floor is full with hair and bugs. Toilet is also unclean. There is a ventillation system but cannot be swithced on, it is full of dust. Bathtub is leaking. Only one roll of toilet paper was in the entire flat (no backup) even though we reserved it for 2 person for 7 days. Indicated it to the owner and she promised on our first day that she will bring more toliet paper, but never showed up during our 7 day stay. She replied after my second message and said, she forgot she promised to bring. Only a 1/4 full of handsoap was provided, seems like they did not prepared for any guests. - Walls are scratchy everywhere and dirty, sticky. Dust is next to the bed. -Kitchen: under the fridge there is bug discharge and dirty on top and also inside. Freezer cannot be used as its never cleaned and full with ice. We could not bring ice cream in summer. The owen seems like not cleaned cleaned. -Bed and bedsheet is smelly, like its never properly dried after being washed. Inside the bed they store used and unused towels,cleaning stuff, bedsheets, which is fine, bit several are stained. The wall around the bed is also dirty. There is one good cabinet, but he shelves are so sticky, you would not want to put anything there. Same the shoe cabinet, which cannot be used as its locked to the wall by the cabinet. - Floor has big hair chunks and small dirts (bug shit?) all around.
Summary: All in all, only the location of the flat is percfect for short stay, the housing unit is also great with good neighbour
