What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
-Our suite is located in the downstairs of a home, however, the owner lives upstairs and is quiet and respectful of quiet time hours.
-These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and no space is shared between the units.
-Our suite has no A/C but we do provide tower fans in each bedroom to allow for air circulation for those warm summer months!
Our suite comfortably sleeps 4 guests with 1 queen size bed in each bedroom!
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea, and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.

* Please note * - We do require a $500 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

We have an exterior camera just above the entrance to the suite to monitor for safety.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
