The view of the cove is a spectacular addition that can be seen from many areas of the home. Full Kitchen and Kitchenette, Three bedrooms and 3.5 baths are featured, with the primary having its own private balcony and 2 guest suites with a Jack & Jill bath. High ceilings for big views and tons of natural light, a covered porch right off the living area, granite countertops, an elevator accessible from all floors (perfect for luggage and groceries) and wood floors are just a few other features of this beautiful townhouse. Two kayaks are available for you to enjoy (please bring your own life jackets). With the community pool, walking paths, and sandy beach area, there will be little time to think about leaving the property. However, if you do want to venture out there are plenty of local attractions. Two casual dining restaurants are within minutes by boat or car. You will also find other restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, groceries, marinas, and much more within a few minutes drive. Parking for boat and trailer available in the driveway or overflow area across from the unit, with a boat launch also just a quick drive away. The only problem you may find here is that you will not want to leave!
