The property’s amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a saltwater lagoon with tropical fish and a beach area, private marina with free boat ramp, trailer parking, outdoor barbeque areas, tennis and pickle ball courts, and children’s playground.
Kawama is located just a few miles from John Pennekamp State Park for access to world class diving, kayaking, and snorkeling. Also, located near are Fishing/Snorkeling charters and swimming with dolphins attraction, Dolphin Plus.
There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. Some restaurants are even walking distance, such as Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House.
The townhouse was renovated in 2020. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a bunkbed that is twin over full and also has a twin trundle. The unit has a front porch area with seating and a barbeque. The back of the unit has a screened-in seating area and is just steps from the north pool and lagoon.
Boating: If you plan to bring your vessel you will need to provide proof of liability insurance to the guard at the entrance.
