This unit is beautifully furnished and features a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances that you'd need to put together tasty, home-cooked meals. When it's time to eat, you can do so at either the breakfast bar, dining table or lanai game table – each area seats up to four people. If you wish to grab a bite out, visit the Big Hickory Grill next door or look up several of our favorites in the guest book. You can access Big Hickory Grill by going through the gate on the North side of our building using the provided blue security key. The living room is bright and spacious. It has two comfortable leather sofas, direct access to the screened-in lanai area, and a large flat-screen TV for watching all your favorite movies via streaming or DVD player. If you want to grab some fresh air, head through the glass patio doors into the screened-in lanai area. Here, you'll find comfortable seating for you to lounge in and enjoy your favorite book after a long day out at the beach or play a game at the game table. Take a short walk across the road & head to the beach via our deeded access at the Silver Sands complex. Grab beach chairs, umbrella & toys from the storage locker and get ready for fun in the sun, relaxing or enjoying perfect sunsets on Beautiful Bonita Beach! This 2 bedroom unit features a large master bedroom en-suite with new luxury bedding – including a Sterns & Foster King bed and a memory foam Queen with new Sleigh Bed sets, a new dresser, mirror and night stands. The second guest bedroom has also has a memory foam Queen mattress. The unit comes with free Wi-Fi Internet, cable TV, linens, towels, and start toiletries (a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and dish washer liquid). The unit also features UV purification and water filtration for coffee making, drinking and ice making. Enjoy all the outdoor amenities that Bonita Springs, Naples and Ft. Meyers Beach can offer.
