The large windows and covered porch overlook Bayville and the launching ramp at the innermost part of the Bay giving you a bird's eye view of boats, seals, kayaks, and gorgeous sunsets. The dock is set up with a picnic table and gas grill. Fish off the dock, explore the bay by kayak, or just relax. There is a deepwater mooring available for guests. The East Boothbay General Store and The Carriage House Restaurant are close by. _______________________________________ THE HOUSE: This is a true Maine Cottage with old-world charm and modern amenities, large windows, hardwood floors, wooden cabinetry, and cottage chic décor.
