NEWLY REMODELED! 3bed/2Ba house with a private pool & yard - LESS THAN 1 BLOCK FROM BEACH, sleeps 10! Enjoy this super clean house with a stylish retro beach design, fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/blender etc and ready to enjoy friends and family with an open concept counter. The front feature a deck on the upper level fro catching sunsets. Downstairs garage is avaialbe for storage of your bikes or beach equipment, and has a full washer and dryer for our use. We have an outdoor shower for quick rinses after a day at the beach, as well as a charcoal grill, and covered sitting area outside to barbeque with friends and family. Private fenced yard. The convenience store is a 2 minute walk for anything you need. The beach is a 5-7 min walk from the house. Free parking in the private driveway that holds 2-4 cars/trucks. Hot tub may be heated and turned on for charge of $25 per day This is NOT included in the booking price. This is only available October through April . Must BOOK TO GET CODE to access heating system

Summary: Location was great. Close to beach. Right next to a gas station which was convenient when you needed something quick but also was a pain because trucks would be there unloading early in the morning and that was very loud. The place was pretty clean but not completely. Some trash found outside on the property. Empty bottles found under beds. A broom would have been nice be able to clean up with. There was a vacuum but a cheap little dirt devil that wasn’t very good. The place was recently renovated and looks nice but it was not done professionally. Vrbo never send us the check in information but our host was always very quick to respond to us. Had trouble with the pool and hot tub. Seem liked we couldn’t get the hot tub hot and the pool cool it was either both was hot or cold so we just left it cold. Stayed for about a week and it wasn’t perfect but we would stay here again!
