Negative: The property other than the kitchen and restrooms were filthy needed a deep scrub , there was still blood stain on wall as you walk onto patio , patio screen door was off , wall were filthy , steps had not been swept the couch was dirty and should be replaced we had to place or personal sheets on the couch to cover spots they should replace it or purchase a duvet cover . Woke up to a bullet hole in the bathroom door because the air Bnb next door hosted a party that spilled over into our drive way when they were advised no parties. There was no surveillance next door but the air Bnb I was in had a ring camera. The first night was manageable and second would have been okay until the ruckus started from the neighbors around five or four in the morning I think the price should be reduced and will be requesting a refund for night to along with a refund for the insurance charge not to mention with the property not being deep cleaned and being falsely advertised and made to look online as very chic the owner should remove it until corrections are made and reduce the price by atleast 200 dollars
