Positive: Friendly stuff, very communicative and helpful. Parking available directly by the building. Easy access to the apartment. Breakfast in the garden.

Negative: The street is noisy and the door / windows are not very good isolated, the traffic on the evening and on the morning was disturbing.The breakfast's item selection could be improved.

Summary: Very nice stay, the sandy beach is very close and easy to reach.
