Summary: The apartment was lovely and perfectly located for skiing with a easy green run down to the chairlift behind the property. It is well thought out in terms of the size/space and has everything you could need. It can sleep 5 no problem, but personally we thought it is perfect for 4 or less. Marie-Jo was very accommodating and helpful, and them having the ski shop too made it all very easy to sort that. They deliver the skis, boots etc to the apartment too which was an added bonus. The only minor downsides for us were that the wifi wasn't great, you can only get French channels on TV and you couldn't stream to them. Doucy is a lovely little village, with a supermarket, some shops and a few restaurants/bars. Perfect if you want a nice peaceful holiday. However Valmorel is better if you want some night life. All in all we had an a lovely holiday and would definitely go there again.
