Full remodel and updates on this landmark house in the desirable Plumas Pines area. This open 3 bed, 2 bath home oversees the 13th & 16th fairway. Front and Rear decks provide many great areas for entertaining. Enjoy a fire in the beautiful stone wood burning stove and views of the golf course across the street. Large living area features a 65” smart TV so you can use all your subscriptions. There is a built-in wet bar with a pass thru to the Kitchen.
The kitchen is well-stocked including air fryer, crock pot, Keurig, blender and quality cookware. Rear deck features a large BBQ for keeping your guests full and accent string lights into the trees. The garage has been converted to a game room including lounge seating and 48" TV.
All bedrooms are larger than normal. The master bedroom boasts a Cal-King bed and small walk in closest. Two more bedrooms - one with Queen and the other with (2) Queen sized beds. Complete with fresh linens and pillows for your convenience.
New 3-ton Air conditioning mini split installed in 2025. All rooms also have ceiling fans.
We have a small fenced yard with dogs on APPROVAL with an additional $ 150 pet fee. (2) DOGS MAX. IF PETS ARE ONSITE WITHOUT APPROVAL AND PRE-PAYMENT THEN A FEE OF $500 will be charged. Please ask for further details.
