Brand new centrally located and peaceful flat with large bright fully appointed modern kitchen and a private balcony with a view of the Shard. Located in a brilliant foodie area with an array of excellent bars, cafes and restaurants and convenient travel links to the rest of the city. You will find lots of personal home-from-home extra touches and comforts, as this is my own London flat.
The property is a brand new conversion, with a large open plan kitchen/dining area and a cosy living room with private balcony.
The interior is light, airy and contemporary with many comforts and designer details for you to enjoy during your stay. Under floor heating, noise filtering double glazing and air filter will add to your enjoyment and relaxation.
The kitchen has brand new appliances including cooker and ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, large fridge freezer and washer/drier. The living room features two sofas including a very comfortable sofa bed that turns in to a full size double bed.
There is a separate bedroom and bathroom accessed from the hall space.
The bedroom features an upholstered king size bed with a comfortable and supportive high quality memory foam mattress, and there is plenty of storage space in the large wardrobe.
The brand new fitted bathroom includes shower and bathtub, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Towels, shampoo and soap are provided.
