Built in 1850, this location offers modern craftsmanship and comfort while maintaining historic character and charm. Beautifully furnished and light-filled, weโre located right smack in the heart of Capitol Hill!
A lower staircase with a locked gated entrance will lead you into a very comfortable living room area with two coaches, hardwood floors with oriental rugs, a fireplace, 50-inch flat-screen Smart HD TV, a work desk and a table for dining. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the amenities โ oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc.
There are two (2) bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the second with a twin bed. Fresh linens, pillows, blankets and comforters are provided. We can also accommodate a fourth guest by placing an additional twin bed in the adjoining back insulated porch room area if you require this. Please notify us in advance. No extra fee will be charged.
There is one full bathroom equipped with fresh towels, shampoos/conditioners, shower gels, soap and a hairdryer. Please note - access to the bathroom is through the second twin bedroom.
