Negative: The living room TV had been removed, and the one downstairs is too old to accomodate HDMI. We had to watch movies in the bedrooms. We had a problem with the hot tub the first time we tried to use it. Something popped off and the water geysered to the ceiling. In spite of Vacasa's claim to 24/7 service, we were repeatedly sent to a full mailbox when trying to report it. Tried the local contact in the morning, at least their mailbox wasn't full. (Clever to post the local contact only on the sign outside the house.) Oh yeah, and Booking.com repeatedly sent emails that my payment couldn't be processed, including on the day we checked in. The payment had been made months before and I made at least 3 calls trying to get the messages stopped.
