Positive: We had a very good stay. Property is located by the busy road, about 15 min walk to the beach/nature reserve area. The rooms are situated in such a way that you windows will face a small alley with green bushes - while in the room you want to keep the curtains closed but thanks to that there's no traffic sound coming your way. The room is basic but spacious and clean, same goes for the bathroom. It's not a luxiourious accomodation but we needed a 'base' in Ao Nang and we didn't want to stay near the busy 'party road' part of the town.

Negative: Shower head was a bit wonky and under low pressure.
