Our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two-story townhome in desirable NE Mesa gated community with heated pool and hot tub has lovely view of private golf course and is ideal retreat for couples or a family. Several public golf courses such as Long Bow, Painted Mountain, Red Mountain Ranch, Apache Wells and Las Sendas are a few miles from home and open to our golf-loving guests. Superstition Springs Mall for shopping and a variety of multicultural restaurants for casual or formal dining are minutes away. Usery Mountain Regional Park with hiking and biking trails and Riverview Park, home of the Chicago Cubs spring training facility, are a short commute from neighborhood. Immaculate townhome is newly remodeled with fresh paint, new furniture and many appealing upgrades in kitchen and bathrooms. Open floor plan with large windows creates bright and pleasing living spaces that are cheerful and cozy. Simple curved lines and contemporary decor in great room provides elegant yet comfortable place where friends and family can gather to enjoy the large TV or view of golf course. Dining room has beautiful glass table with integral lazy Susan and seating for 4. Open bar between kitchen and dining area offers bar seating for 2. Kitchen has brand new granite countertops, appliances and accessories, and is completely stocked with all of your culinary needs. Breakfast nook with bay style windows seats 4 for casual meals, puzzles or board games. First floor master suite features deluxe king bed, TV and large walk-in closet to store your personal wardrobe and accessories. Master bath has new snail shower and long vanity with a place to sit for primping. The second master bedroom is upstairs and also has deluxe king bed and television.
