Positive: We loved the design of the building and how it has been utilised. Check in/out was all by phone. Location was great, close to Piccadilly with a train, tram or free bus close by. Facilities were good. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Quality linen and towels. High end toiletries.
