Positive: location good, central to everything, bed good. close to train station , easy walk to most areas in cbd, small supermarket close by, staff friendly enough, Helped when they could. We were there for vivid, so good location for this. heater worked good, good shower Everthing pretty clean when arrived room was quiet enough for us, bit of traffic, but no issue. Nice little balcony, but as it was cold we didn't use
Negative: more dishwashing liquid to wash up especially for a 9 night stay. Not enough bags to put garbage in daily and get rid of it, had to chase up to get extra. reported the exhaust fan over small stove area not working 2nd day, still not working when we left. No milk jug to heat up milk in the microwave, had to buy one. No small skillet in the room say to cook a couple of sausages, only 2 boilers, 1 large and 1 small , fridge needed defrosting as the freezer part was over frosted ( didn;t report it as fridge still working)
Summary: good location, would stay again , if i am going to something in cbd
