The house is within the town and there are neighbours around. The house offers a wonderful living room, ideal to relax or watch the satellite TV. The kitchen offers a great central island to eat and is equipped with ceramic hob. It also offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms with two single beds, a closet and an electric radiator for the coldest days. One of them has an en-suite shower bathroom. Another shower bathroom completes the house. We will prepare a cot and a high chair if you are coming with your baby. This beautiful house is located in Cala Pedrusca, in Capdepera. This is a very quiet residential area which offers a little pebbled cove with turquoise waters that will remind you a family fishers port. The house is only 2 km from Cala Ratjada, where you will find all services as well as shops, restaurants and night life. In this area you will also find white sandy beaches like Cala Agulla.
