The villa is surrounded by the characteristic vegetation of Puglia full of century olive groves, guest will love the peaceful atmosphere that this property will offer them. The private garden cover over 2 hectares of lands there is a beautiful private swimming pool equipped with elegant sunlounges and umbrellas for shade, close to the pool there is an external kitchen with electric stove, Barbeque, table and chairs where to organize al fresco meals.
Villa Perla is a traditional white stone building of Apulia and covers over 320 square meters, owner elegantly furnished in order to offer the most comfort stay to its guests, there is a covered patio which thanks to a sliding windows can become a large dining room facing the garden, the entrance door leads to a bright living room with sofas and satellite TV, open plan kitchen fully equipped with all amenities needed. The night section of the villa features 7 luxury suites all with double bed each room has its own bathroom with shower or tub.
