This modern, luxurious and comfortable 200 sqm apartment with private terrace and patio is located in a private condominium built in a beautiful 18th century palace with a 1200 sqm garden and garage in the building. Located in the heart of Lisboeta center, in a typical neighborhood, 5 minutes walk from one of the most elegant and main avenues of Lisbon, Avenida da Liberdade, a fashion avenue where you can contrast new and old Lisbon, this avenue houses many international luxury brands. This is the ideal place for those who want to be comfortable, within a relatively short distance of Lisbon's main tourist attractions, luxury brands, the city's nightlife, and you can enjoy a rural, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Alfama, St. George's Castle, Rossio, Chiado, Bairro Alto and the trendy Principe Real district are within a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, one of them is a suite, with a bathroom complete. Another full bathroom serves the remaining 2 bedrooms. The living room is equipped with a DVD system, a Smart TV, cable TV and WI-FI high speed. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, Heater (Including bathrooms). The kitchen is fully equipped, with: Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso), citrus juicer, toaster, kettle, electric plate (4), micro- microwave, stove, iron and ironing board.
