Cheerfully and colorfully decorated, Mango Manor is a great spot for that long awaited family vacation. A former model home, it is located just a short walk to the beach and has access to the community amenities of Monteray Shores. Spend a week at Mango Manor, or two... Monteray Shores offers some great community amenities, summer activities and a clubhouse w/ pool and tennis courts. Additional information may be found at www.monterayshores.org/html/activities.html Ground Level: This level offers a mbr with 2 Bunk Sets (single on top, double futon bed on bottom) and a TV. The full bath also opens up to the salt water pool area for easy access from outside. The private pool and hot tub are totally gated off from the house, providing extra security with the little ones. Rounding out this level of the house is the laundry closet. Mid Level: This level is totally dedicated to bedrooms. You will find a King mbr with a tv, jetted tub and double vanity and deck access. There is also a semi-private Queen mbr with TV/DVD and deck access. This bathroom also opens up to the hall and shares with a room with a Daybed and Trundle and TV. Up a half flight of stairs is a half bath. Top Level: Features an open great room with 47" flat screen TV/DVD, stereo and fireplace. There is a well stocked kitchen and a glass dining table seating 8. There is seating for 4 more people at the kitchen bar and another 4 at the breakfast table. Just off the great room is a loft/office space with a TV/DVD. There is also a lovely King mbr with a TV/DVD, jetted tub and double vanity and deck access rounding out this home.
