Positive: Everything! The hotel is great, breakfast is great, location is great, and the team is great! I loved that had some tea bags and an electric tea kettle in the room to make some tea before going to sleep.

Negative: I didn't find anything unpleasant, just except maybe for the tram's noise, but that is manageable and not on the hotel's account.
