Tucked into the corner of the Branson Cove neighborhood, our new lodge is right around the corner from State Park Marina and only 5 to 20 minutes to nearly all of the major attractions.

GREAT ROOM
The Great Room is the relaxed hangout spot and gathering place for your group (besides the decks -- more about those later). Table Rock Lake views are perfectly complemented by the nap-worthy sofas, a large flatscreen TV, and stone fireplace. The open layout leads seamlessly to the dining area and kitchen.
DINING AREA
You've got a big family, we've got a big table + seating at our counter and the kitchen island. A chair for you, a chair for dad, a chair for Uncle Bob, a chair for cousin Lucy, a chair for everyone -- even the highchair for baby Kate.
KITCHEN
Keep the conversation going while you cook—the kitchen is open to the dining area and Great Room. And when we say it is "equipped" -- we mean EQUIPPED.
This kitchen has it all: full place settings, stainless flatware, drink ware, stemware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, baking dishes, crockpot, muffin tins, and even cookie sheets to bake cookies with Grandma.
And there's more: a dishwasher, large refrigerator (2nd one downstairs), glass top cooktop, double ovens, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, blender, waffle maker, and a KitchenAid mixer. Start the day with waffles and end it with margaritas on the deck.
If you're a coffee-loving crew, there's also a Keurig brewing system. Be sure to bring your favorite K-cups or pick some up at the grocery store 10 minutes away.
FAMILY ROOM
The family game room at Moonlit Waters is on the lower level, with access by stairs both inside and outside off the lower deck. The game room area features a sleek pool table, with theatre seating and a big screen TV in the other half of the room. Great for lazy afternoons, rainy days, and evenings at home while watching the sun set over the Ozark Mountains.
TRIPLE DECK
Grab the camera and drink in the views of Table Rock Lake and the Ozark Mountains. The top deck is off the upstairs bedroom. Lucky family member who gets to wake up to the view each morning!! With lounge seating, the sisterhood might make this spot their late night hangout.
The large, covered main level back deck has expansive lounge seating, dining table with benches, and two gas grills for grilling burgers for your big crew.
The lower level deck is off the game room and is also covered. Grab your swimsuit for the private swim spa, sit back in the lounge chairs, and enjoy your family.

You'll quickly fall in love with Moonlit Waters' spa-inspired bedrooms with top-of-the-line mattresses wrapped in crisp-white soft linens and topped with luxurious down alternative pillows. It's not unusual for our guests to decide they need the same mattress and pillows at their own home. (Yes, we will share our bedding secrets with you!)
All bedrooms also have bedside reading lamps and flat-screen smart TVs for streaming Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Amazon, and more.

We also share our favorite places to eat, although those recommendations might be a little heavy on BBQ, Mexican, burgers and ice cream. :)
We also have example itineraries for families to use while exploring Branson. That includes a list of free and inexpensive activities as well as a list of not-to-miss activities. Our welcome book and area guide are in both digital and printed format so that you can access it as soon as you make your reservation and throughout your stay at Moonlit Waters.
BABY GEAR
Baby needs lots of stuff, so we have a few items to lighten your travel load. Our Moonlit Waters lodge has a high chair, a pack-n-play, and an umbrella stroller that you are welcome to use during your stay. (We don't provide baby blankets or sheets, so be sure to bring those with you.)
SWIM SPA
Right outside the deck is your very own 12 foot heated swim spa. Yes, you can use it over Christmas and Spring Break, too, plus those chilly evenings in the fall!
It's a pool with the chill taken off and can heat up to 100 degrees.
SWIMMING POOL
Our neighborhood outdoor swimming pool is a short walk or quick drive up the street and has a waterslide that "will shoot you out like a cannon" according to one of our guests. We quite agree that the waterslide is a "blast!"
The neighborhood indoor heated swimming pool is open and ready for fun on those days you want to be out of the sun and cool air.

LAKE ACCESS
Table Rock Lake is accessible down Dale Avenue at a public boat ramp as well as around the corner at State Park Marina. The Dewey Short Center at the dam also has a courtesy dock for boats.

- Small dogs allowed with pre-approval only. Dogs are not guaranteed to be approved. Please ask first. Pet fee is $35 per night, per dog.
- Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a $1 hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.

If you cancel before 90 days of arrival, you receive a full refund of your deposit, less the cancellation fee of $699. If you cancel within 90 days of arrival, there is no refund.
