Upon entering, the elegant staircase leading to the first floor immediately catches the eye. There are four double rooms, all with air conditioning, as well as two bathrooms. Summary: Great house and location, but unfortunate bedbug incident near the endWe had a wonderful stay at Casa Didi overall. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax both indoors and out. The location is excellent—peaceful, yet close to everything we needed.Unfortunately, two days before the end of our stay, we discovered bedbugs in one of the rooms. One of our group was badly affected, which put a damper on an otherwise great experience. We reported the issue through VRBO, expecting it would be passed along quickly to the owner. However, when we checked out, we found out that the owner had never been contacted about the problem. Had the communication been quicker, it might have been resolved sooner.That said, we truly enjoyed the house and would recommend it—with the hope that the bedbug issue was an isolated incident and has since been addressed.
