The Main house is one of two homes in the center of 55 private acres with breathtaking views of Pikes Peak. This three story home is perfect for multiple families to vacation together or for couples looking to bring their horses and ride new trails. It's close enough to town to run to dinner yet far enough away to enjoy the privacy of the mountains. Enjoy a fire in the pit outside or grilling dinner on the deck in our fresh mountain air.
There are four bedrooms and three full baths. The upper level has a private bathroom with tub, one king bed and a library sitting room with a small walk-out deck. A wrap around deck encompasses the main level which includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining room with seating for 9, living room with a wood burning stove, one walk-out bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed (double on lower and single on upper), and a full bathroom with tub and towel warmer. The lower walk-out style basement has a queen bed in the 4th bedroom, a newly remodeled (2021) bathroom with sliding glass shower doors, mini bar, game table with seating for 6, futon, and a piano. All three levels have large flat screen TV's with YouTube TV. The main level includes a Blu-Ray DVD Player, humidity controlled ventilation, and many additional upgrades.
