This fantastic, brand new, modern 3 bedroom villa is located in the residential urbanisation of Torrenueva. The villa is walking distance to shops, restaurants and supermarkets and is located just 750m from the beach. The villa offers a private infinity swimming pool, a spacious terrace area and garden. The villa offers free WiFi and hot and cold air conditioning.
The villa is arranged over 2 floors and is tastefully decorated throughout with natural shaped wooden furniture and modern fixtures and fittings. Enter the front door and into the spacious, open-plan living area with exceptional views out to the pool and terrace from the floor to ceiling wrap around windows. This room is furnished with a large dining table and 8 dining chairs, a large 3 sided sofa and a wall mounted 65" Smart TV. The kitchen area is fully equipped and has a cosy seating area furnished with armchairs and coffee table. From the living and kitchen areas there is access to the terrace and pool area. The terrace is furnished with a large dining table and chairs and gas BBQ. The pool area has 6 sun loungers and a shady grassed garden area. There is also a cloakroom on this floor.
Take the stairs down to the lower level and the bedrooms. All bedrooms enjoy built in wardrobes, individually controlled vented air conditioning and ensuite shower rooms with walk in showers. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with single beds and one is furnished with a super king size bed. All the bedrooms lead out onto a cool and shady grassed garden area which has steps at the side to access the pool area.
