Magnolia Avenue, with its spectacular oak canopy and spanish moss, is the setting for this historic neighborhood just north of downtown. Wild peacocks roam the streets in this neighborhood(!). One block away from Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth. This 3/2 home has all of the modern conveniences and comforts combined with a bit of mid-century flare. Located less than a mile from the downtown sites, but walkable to local shops /cafes, you will be close to it all! Immaculate home with everything you will need. Two separate living / TV rooms, workspace, full kitchen, dining and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Watch the trolleys drive by just out the window! You also might see one of the local peacocks that can roam these streets. The beach is just a 5 minute drive from this location, and it is walking distance to the trolley and attractions. Exposed beams throughout most of the home, floor to ceiling windows and lots of style! You can walk to lots of restaurants and shops nearby, or the trip to town is just under a mile, easy bike ride.
