Located just 50 m from the beach of Son Xoriguer. The Windrose Menorca complex house is located near the beach and just a few steps from the nearest supermarket. In a short walk you can reach the small port, called Lake Calan Bosch, where you will find a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The public bus stop is in front of the complex and takes you to the beautiful city of Ciutadella with its historic touch.
DESCRIPTION:
The house located in the Windrose complex is a quiet and intimate house. It has a private and community garden, new fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge ...), living room, dining room, fireplace, 2 new bathrooms and washing machine. It has three exterior bedrooms overlooking the garden or terrace, two doubles and one single, sun terrace for sunbathing and a large terrace with porch, ideal for a romantic breakfast, lunch or dinner, surrounded by Mediterranean plants.

Summary: The house is cozy with air conditioning in every room (we really needed it!) and most of all is literally 1 min walking to an amazing beach with all the facilities and summer sport.
