Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Beautiful, newly reconstructed apartment - well equipped kitchen with dishwashed, air-condition, modern bathroom and large balcony. Most of the windows are to the north so the rooms are not too hot even in the summer. Parking spot in front of the building. Located in a small quiet village. No restaurant or grocery store though, so you need a car. Close to a great non-crowded beach (15 minutes afoot or 2 minutes by car). Friendly and very helpful owner.
Negative: The mattress in the bedroom bed is rather soft. I personally would prefer harder one, but that is subjective. Folding couch in the living room is good.
Summary: Nice place for a vacation with kid(s). Quiet location, close to the beach and larger city.
