Welcome to your home away from home! Our stunning new apartment is located in Mascot just near the airport with Wifi, aircon and parking, close shops, restaurants and more! Perfect for Family Stays! We are a 5 minute drive/ 20 minute walk from Sydney Airport and Mascot train station which is only a 7 minute train ride to the CBD! 14 min drive to The Grounds Of Alexandria! Our apartment is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. Views of the airplanes (looks amazing at night), but there shouldn't be aircraft noise due to double glazed windows. Bedroom 1 is the main room with Double bed. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed - the bottom bed is a double bed and the top bed is a single bed so it can sleep 3 people in this room. The lounge has a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 people. We are very close to Mascot train station - 1 stop from domestic (1.2km) or 2 stops from the International Airport (3km). If you are arriving by plane, do not take expensive taxi's we recommend Ubers. We are located a short trip from the city by car, bus, bike or train - which goes directly to Central, Town Hall & Circular Quay. The closest supermarket is the IGA which is an 8 min walk. At ground level and a dozen restaurants including Japanese, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Vietnamese and western coffee shop, Subway and a bar. We have a balcony which is awesome in Summer, but it's a little cooler in Winter - but still great views. The apartment has WiFi and the password will be provided in the check in guide. There are no steps anywhere and access for disabled, aged or children is very good. The elevator goes all the way to the underground carpark which has more than enough visitor spots (for your visitors) and our apartment includes access to a parking spot with disabled access spacing.Please note the clearance height for our carspace is 2.2m You will have access to the entire home. You won't be sharing the home with anyone else! Please be aware that the maximum amount of guests allowed in the home at any one time is the amount that you have booked for. One of our lovely caretakers will welcome you into the home upon arrival to help you settle in and assist with any questions or concerns you might have. Please let us know what time you expect to arrive to our home so that we can let our caretakers know when to meet you :) Best form of communication is via airbnb :) For any problems, give us a chance to find a solution and help you :) *Please understand if you let us know last minute on the day, there is a possibility of a delay in the check-in time as we plan in advance our caretakers schedule, so please be patient :) You will have our entire home to yourself! You will not be sharing the home with any strangers. The "INSTANT-BOOK" function is enabled so you can make a booking straight away if your dates are available :) Please refer to the Airbnb listing calendar for availability of the home. If dates are blocked out, that means they have been taken. For guests staying longer than a few days we provide the following discounts: Weekly - 5% Monthly -10% No more than 7 guests are allowed within the home. Please also be sure, when booking, to correctly state how many guests will be checking in and staying for the duration of your stay. Children and adults are considered the same, so if you have 4 adults and 3 children it is considered as 7 guests. Please note we can't guarantee visitor parking will be available.There is plenty available and lots of street parking. PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within our home, your booking will be cancelled. You will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be given. Security deposit: Please note, there is no charge unless there has been damage caused within the property or any rules have been broken. Please all guests are to read the house rules.
