The Space:
Welcome to this charming holiday villa, comprising a main house and a guesthouse, each with three bedrooms. The main house on the ground floor features a guest toilet, a spacious living room with a sitting area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island (induction cooktop, steam oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, food processor, toaster). Bedroom 1 with a double bed (160cm) and a private shower room (shower, sink, and toilet) is also on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find Bedroom 2 with a double bed (160cm) and an ensuite bathroom with shower (shower, sink, and toilet), and Bedroom 3 with a double bed (180cm) and an ensuite bathroom with shower (shower, sink, and toilet).

The single-story guesthouse features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, electric and steam ovens, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, food processor, kettle), a sitting area, Bedroom 4 with two single beds (2x90cm), a shower room with shower, sink, and a separate toilet, Bedroom 5 with a double bed (160cm), and Bedroom 6 with a double bed (160cm) and a shower room (shower, sink, and toilet). The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. Two washing machines and one dryer are provided.

Set on an unfenced 2.2-hectare property with a beautiful garden, lawn, and olive trees, each house has its own terrace with a dining table. The property also features a large shaded terrace by the pool with a lounge and a large table, perfect for sharing moments with friends and family. The private, heated (in-season) pool of 12mx6m is secured by an electric cover. Six loungers, six chaise longues, and two umbrellas are at your disposal. A ping pong table and an electric plancha are also available.
