You will enjoy a beautiful ocean view and direct access to the beach. It's also within walking distance to Maho Village; one of the most popular and touristic strips in Sint Maarten. There you will find plenty of restaurants, shops, casinos, nightlife, a supermarket and the infamous Maho Beach!
Mary's Beach Cottage is simple, yet trendy with the perfect backdrop of nearby island Saba across the Caribbean Sea. All common areas and bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with smart TV's. You can relax poolside on the spacious pool deck or enjoy outdoor meals, al-fresco syle, with a view. The villa is only a 5 or 10 minute walk to 2 spectacular beaches nearby; Simpson Bay Beach and Maho Beach. There is a gated driveway for one vehicle only. It is recommended that guests rent a car during their stay as public transportation and taxis are a 10 minute walk away.

We want all of our guests to have a great time, however Mary's Beach Cottage is not set-up to be a party house. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you intend on partying until the early morning hours, then this is not where you want to be. There needs to be absolutely no music/noise on the patio/pool area after 11:00 pm.

Summary: The listing is exactly what you get with sparkling pool, amazing bathrooms, and very clean. Walking distance to watch people get blown off the beach, walking distance to multiple restaurants and a small grocery store. The grill was cleaner than my own at home has been since I bought it. The ocean is a stone's drop off the back wall. Two iguanas visited daily on the seawall behind us. Daily housekeeping from Ms. Angel. Saw turtles and frequently visited the small, family and snorkel-friendly sand beach about 50 feet away. Consierge arranged for return COVID testing at a price less than the airport and at the condo. I had a little trouble getting final checkin instructions but I got in on time. If you rent a car, suggest a small one to easily get to the gated private parking spot. Recommend a 90 minute Jet Ski tour with 'Orlando' at +1 (721) 527-4223.
