This well equipped family holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. With 3 queen rooms upstairs and a large bunk room downstairs, this property would be suitable for 2 families or the perfect friends catch up location.

Offering two living spaces, Gas fireplace (upstairs), fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a large fully fenced yard and multiple sun soaked decks to relax on and enjoy a BBQ, this property really would be the perfect holiday destination.

Please note, This property is not pet friendly.

To make your time even more enjoyable, linen is provided, so all you will need to pack are your beach towels. The property now has a port-a-cot, cot sheets and a high chair for your use if needed.

Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.

Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

The property does have complimentary Wifi. Please note: Bella Coastal Property will not be held liable for any outages or shortages with internet services.

Please note, pets are not permitted at this property.

There is a garage at this property, guests do have access to one side of the garage, as owners currently have a camper trailer stored in the other side.

Lake Berringer sports a recently rejuvenated boat ramp to launch your small boat, canoe or kayak.

Bendalong corner store/bottle-shop/cafe is 5 minutes away by car, or there is The Deli Cunjurong for a morning coffee and essentials, open during peak summer months.

Bella Coastal Holidays has a strict 'NO Party Policy. Booking guests must be Over the age of 21 when booking this property. Or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
