Positive: The location is very good if you wanted to stay in the Trastevere area. It has a good night life, restaurants are walking distance but very touristy. The place is good and the hosts are very responsive to text (WhatsApp) and call. They try their best to accommodate your request the best as they can. I admire them for that. It also have other amenities such as laundry and mini fridge and a kitchenette. Further, the location is very central to the places that most tourist would want to see and visit - Colosseum, Vatican City, Trevi Fountain etc. The bus stop and tram stop are just steps away. The place also have a lift which is very helpful if you have mobility issues or carrying heavy luggages. The bed is comfortable. I like how minimalistic it is with some Banksy art hanging.
Negative: - This property does not use keys but use smart lock and handles. However, there's no app you have to download but have to go to the website that the host gives you. It is a bit of a challenge in the beginning but you'll get use to it. The link they give you have this "watch video" but there's no link. Also, you can open the apartment door and room door by just tapping in the box from the link they give you but it is not real time, there's a 5-6 seconds delay. - When you enter the building door, there's 4 or 5 steps to access the lift so please ensure you are okay with few flight of stairs. - I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days but my AC broke down since the day I check in. The owner tried sending technician to fix but after 2 tries, it is still not working. Remember how inconvenient it is in 15-20s C weather that I have to shower multiple times in a. day to keep refresh. - The shower does not drain quickly. It took 5-8 mins for it to be drained. The host was flagged about the one but after sending a plumber, it still did not fix the problem. - The booking covers cleaning but you have to throw your garbage at the end of your stay but finding it is quite a maze if it is your first time in Rome. It is a good 8-10 minute walk one way depending how fast you walk. I hope their cleaning staff will handle the throwing of garbage next time. - I stayed for 4 nights and only 1 toilet roll paper given that I have to ask. - I use the laundry but there is no dryer option so it must be open to air dryer. However, since my AC is not working, it took 3-4 days for my clothes to get dry (most of them are cotton and shirts only); - Please be wary that since this is in Trastevere area, it can be noisy at night. Closing the window helps but it still does not isolate that noise. I can hear clunking of bottles every morning which happens to be my alarm as I woke up before my alarm.
Summary: Great location!!! Very Central but got some hiccups
