Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located on the first floor of a villa with spectacular views, in the exclusive area of La Levantina. Sleeps 4 people. Located on a first floor. To access the apartment, you must go down some external stairs, before reaching the independent entrance. It has a small hall before entering the main hall. It is very bright with large curved windows and a decorative central fireplace. Dressed in natural and warm tones (jute rug, wicker lamp and rattan sofa) that combine with the Nordic style of the furniture (white and velvety pastels). It is a meeting place both in the summer days and in the winter months. The dining room opens onto a terrace with beautiful views of the landscape and the Mediterranean Sea, as well as the community pool. That's perfect because while the little ones in the house take a dip, you can keep them under control. Back inside we find two rooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes, very similar to each other, both with a wrought iron structure and the purity of the color white. However, there is something that differentiates them.
