Enjoy the privacy and peacefulness of this home with amazing sea views. There is a main house with three bedrooms and three ensuite bathrooms, a lovely lounge and fully equipped kitchen. The new addition has a bedroom, bathroom lounge and kitchen. There is lots of outdoor living right on the waters’ edge, a lovely swimming pool with decked area and sun loungers, the landscaped terraces lead down to the sea, on the way you will find secret seating areas and a hammock amongst the trees, a table and chairs for eating and drinking right next to the water. The houses have been built so that every room has magnificent vistas. The new addition to the property has a huge terrace with uninterrupted views of the sea and landscape. Below is the Jacuzzi hot tub, and another outside dining area, bbq and shower. The south side of the house has a covered seating area, a perfect place to sit in the shade, or have sundowner drinks. It is five minute’s walk to the beach, but who wants to go out when you have these views! The house is tastefully decorated with a lot of charm, there are many memories and colours of the ocean. It is equipped with aircon, Wi-Fi internet, bbq grill outside Jacuzzi hot tub, and German satellite tv. Cala Provensals is a private residential enclave, nearby is a small beach Font de Sa Cala, local supermarket, bakery and restaurants The livelier commercial area of Cala Ratjada or the more original village of Capdepera with its medieval castle, or Artá, which are 3-5 kilometre drive away. Cala Ratjada has a beautiful walkway around an active fishing and boating harbour, here you can find nightlife. There are many elegant restaurants in the local villages, including a Michelin star in Capdepera. For sports enthusiasts there are tennis clubs, water sports and the golf courses of Capdepera, Canyamel, Pula, Son Servera all close by.
