A small residence (just 13 units) renovated in 2016, it has all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday. There's no TV here: the swimming pool and waterfall await you, unless you prefer the beach!

This pretty, cosy studio with its turquoise seaside style is ideal for a couple's holiday. From the hanging chairs on the terrace, or by the pool, you can admire the view of the magnificent bay of Deshaies and its sunset. The bedroom has a luxury Queen size 160 "Grand Hôtel Prestige" bed, with a large Majestic mosquito net with bamboo frame. The bathroom is comfortable with a walk-in shower, separate toilet and hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave and fridge) and storage cupboard with small safe. Terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the magnificent view over one of the most beautiful bays in Guadeloupe. Around fifteen other beaches, each more beautiful than the next, are within a 10-minute drive. For lovers of green tourism, beaches, hiking, waterfalls, walks, diving, snorkelling, relaxation and authenticity. Many parks and museums are within easy reach (including the famous Botanical Gardens, the Rum Museum and the House of Cocoa), all in an unspoilt setting far removed from the tourist frenzy of Grande Terre.
The studio is just 500m from the town of Deshaies, with its mini-markets, shops, bars and restaurants. Diving enthusiasts in Deshaies will find diving clubs in the village, just 5 minutes from your studio. The seabed is rich, even for snorkellers. If you're lucky, you may even spot some sea turtles.
