Each 2 bedroom villa is located in seaside Plaka Village (the famous Plaka beach is just a short walk away) with breathtaking views of Spinalonga Island and the sparkling blue of Aegean Sea from every room in the Villa. Both villas are part stone built and decorated in a unique and elegant style, top quality furnishings and fittings combined with the last modern technology.
Each villa has a large outdoor terrace with private swimming pool where you can relax with full privacy.
The living/dining room and a modern fully equipped kitchen are at the ground floor and lead straight out to the wooden-caned pergola facing Spinalonga Island and the Aegean Sea making dining inside or outside an exquisite experience. The living room consists of a top quality sofa which can be turned into bed and has 55 inch TV with Satelite Channels and Cosmote TV. On the left side the is a dining area with 4 chair dining table and a unique designed stairs leading to the top bedroom where you will find two single beds with unique view to Spinalonga island and private bathroom with shower, amenities and bathrobes.
The master bedroom is also on the ground floor, is stoned built offering coolness even in the hottest summer day. It has a 43 inch TV with Satelite Channels and Cosmote TV and also has access to the master bathroom with shower, amenities and bathrobes and the ability to get out to the swimming pool straight away.
The ground floor has multi-split air conditioning channel units with remote and manual control from the living room and the master bedroom while the second sofa bedroom has its own air condition unit.
Free high speed internet both wi-fi and wired inside and outside the villas is provided free of charge.
