This rental property consists of two separate homes connected by a garage: a front home of 3,700 sq. ft. where the owner resides and a back home of 3,200 sq. ft. with magnificent mountain views. Guests enjoy complete privacy during their stay. The back home was initially built by the owner's parents as a retirement home, with custom luxury finishes and thoughtful features for aging, like an elevator, wide hallways/doorways, walk-in shower, lift chair, & stepless entry.
The backyard has an adjustable basketball goal, hammock, 2 water features, sunken trampoline w/ netting & double jump surface for safety, gas firepit, & gates leading to open space with hiking and biking trails. Guests can enter the back home using a smart lock with their individualized code and can take the elevator or stairs to the main living areas. Upstairs, there are two cozy king bedrooms, each with a connected bathroom, heated floors, and mountain views. The living room, kitchen, and dining areas are spacious and open, with an abundance of natural light and impressive views. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and heated floors. The living room features two leather couches, a gas fireplace, and a Samsung smart TV with Xfinity cable.
