Positive: Location is top notch, and room is cleaned every day.

Negative: When we arrived the first night was exceptionally cold in the room, I used air conditioning according to the instructions but it worked very poorly. The day after they fixed the air conditioning issue, and provided us with more blankets (just in case) which was nice.
