Positive: Great hotel, perfect location and absolutely amazing breakfast!
Negative: The sauna and pool are good, but there's one major drawback. The spa is available to all hotel guests, but it's quite small and there are no changing rooms! It happened that when we were getting ready to leave and changing after a shower, other guests came in. It was very awkward because we were practically naked :(
